AVIA VOLT Suisse AG is the new partner of Auto Zürich

Auto Zürich sees itself primarily as a platform for automobiles, regardless of the type of drive. The aim is and remains to continually revise the exhibition concept in a targeted manner in order to be able to present the entire spectrum of drive types and providers with their respective individual efforts to permanently reduce CO2 emissions on an equal footing.

An analogous attitude is also part of the self-image of the AVIA organization with its 10 member companies. Here, too, they see themselves primarily as a long-standing and strong partner of mobility. AVIA has offered the largest network of filling stations in Switzerland for many years and focuses on offering all energy sources in order to meet the needs of all applications. The company attaches great importance to the intensive effort to make a significant contribution to CO2 reduction with innovative solutions.

Another thing the two organizations have in common is that they pay particular attention to the topic of electromobility. AVIA founded "AVIA VOLT Suisse AG" to pool the strengths of the member companies of the AVIA Association of Independent Swiss Importers and Suppliers of Energy. The aim here is to promote electromobility on a broad scale (in addition to expanding electricity production and optimizing the energy efficiency of buildings).

Under the AVIA VOLT brand umbrella, a reliable supply of electric vehicles with charging stations and a payment system that can be used throughout Switzerland is to be ensured. In a first phase, AVIA petrol stations (primarily those with a shop) will be equipped with fast-charging stations. In a second phase, further charging stations will follow at busy locations.

AVIA VOLT sees itself as a full-service provider to its customers, offering the entire range of services related to energy supply for electromobility. From conceptual development to complete and turnkey infrastructure products such as charging stations, software and much more (including battery storage), everything is offered from a single source. Tailor-made packages can be put together from the range of products to meet the individual needs of each user.

The now sealed partnership with Auto Zürich focuses in a first step on cooperation in the implementation of the "ev experience". With this concept, Auto Zürich has been responding since 2021 to the widespread fact that many motorists are still uncertain and/or hesitant about the topic of electromobility. There is often a desire for more competent advice and more comprehensive comparison options.

An integral part of the "ev experience" is therefore an advisory module that is designed to answer questions that go far beyond pure vehicle topics. Specially trained experts provided by AVIA VOLT provide competent and comprehensive advice. This service is supplemented by the new experiences that can be gained during the test drives offered.

For everyone who wants to keep up to date with the latest news from the world of automobiles, we offer a new portal with our completely redesigned Instagram channel. It's like a daily digital Auto Zurich with articles reduced to the essentials, paired with expressive imagery as a new combination of information, aesthetics and emotion.
